11-12-2024First the packaging is good and it shipped fast.Second the product looks great everything is simple and easy to use and understand on the device it’s self. The device works with or without the app on your phone I favor not using the app as it’s a bit complicated and it sometimes doesn’t connect up right so I just don’t use it.The device fits well in my hand and seems to be the perfect size.It definitely is cold and only occasionally did I feel a small sting from the laser normally on more sensitive areas of my skin like ankle and wrist and such. However I was using it on a level 5 (max level) so maybe if I turned it down but I wanna see results lolI am also fair skinned with dark brown/black hair so basically perfect for this to work correctly on.I have been using this a few days and pretty much doing all over hair removal it’s over all not painful and seems pretty intense. So I am hopeful that it works. I am willing to deal with the occasional tingling of pain to use the higher level in hopes it works better some people may not be and want to turn it down some. I will post updates. But the reason I gave three stars is I was missing the glasses and the razor out of my box. Can I still use it yes but I think everything should have been in it when I got it.Also I noticed my skin on my face is clearer idk I will see the long term on that one but I think it’s helping my acne some too!
