11-12-2024I received this Gransumr Laser Hair Removal Device arrived quickly, and everything pictured was included in a nice box.I've been using this every other day for about 3 weeks, and I can tell a difference already....my facial hair is not growing back nearly as quickly now, and is softer too.This beauty device is easy, quick and painless to use. And it's inexpensive compared to other ones being sold. I'm happy I purchased it.And the sellers are great....they emailed me shortly after my purchase to make sure I'm using it correctly, and everything was received.

11-12-2024The product arrived in a very nice box with all the accessories neatly organized. I was expecting something in a raggedy box like you usually get from China online stores, but to my surprise, the product packaging made it look like something you find in a high-end department store. It's definitely something you could give as a gift and the recipient might think you spent a fortune on it.The product was very easy to use. I would recommend reading through all the safety precautions as there is a bright pulse every time you activate the laser, and if you're not wearing the accompanying goggles, well I'd say you're on your own. The hairs on my shoulders burned right off and the experience was very similar to when I had laser hair removal professionally done on my back, where there is this little distinct odor after zapping hairs for several minutes.I was worried that I would burn my skin, so I set it to the 4th highest of 5 settings and I experienced no discomfort or discoloration. It's been several days since I used it and the hairs do not appear to have grown back yet, but I will need to see after a couple weeks. I'm told it may take several rounds before you kill the hairs off for good. The one thing to know is there is no built-in battery, so you will need to keep it plugged in while using it. I'm hoping this thing lasts, but so far so great and really happy so far!
