11-12-2024Buyer beware. Had to have the company send me another back piece. It wouldn’t connect to the chair. I’ve seen other reviews with similar issues. I’m thankful they corrected the mistake but this was a nightmare trying to get the chair in time for shop inspection

11-12-2024After the chair was set up, everything looked and felt nice. I'm happy with the chair however I have a concern about this piece.There is no instructions nor does it show on the instruction page. I sent an email to the company, hope to hear from them.
